The UI could also change to only show what is needed. Lets say the 10 items you can buy, the timer and the purchase cage options.

Especially ship customisation chest! I stopped at one assuming that would just be the case and partial purpose.

Love all these ideas. I hope Rare is reading this because Seaposts could be great, but right now I honestly don't see a point in why they were added at all. You can get 1 or 2 random items a tad cheaper? That's it? They should act like restocking stations too.

Yes, but there should be a maximum amount of cages/baskets you can buy here.

Docked Rowboats
Yes, one or two should be enough. They respawn when no ship is nearby.

Ship Customisation Chest
Maybe, this means you have another place to change your ship's colours to fool other ships.

High Value Quests for Sail
No, voyages should only be purchasable on outposts. The amount of charts and chapters should be connected to the name of the voyage you purchase.

Purchasable Gunpowder Barrels & Cursed Cannonballs
No, this will bring imbalance to the game.

Exclusive Cosmetics
Yes, I would like to see 3 to 6 new outfits. Just like when the Grand Admiral, Ruffian Sea Dog etc. outfits were introduced. I do think the sea posts should only sell bargain items from the specific region they are in.

@sgt-palooggoo insert a conversation line where the shopkeeper says when the next stock of bargains arrive.

Seaposts definitely need a point. I think being able to restock missing cages and fully restocking your boat would be a good start.

Yeah the purchasable Cursed Cannonballs and Gunpowder Barrels idea isn't the best of my suggestions.

I agree with almost all your suggestions except purchasing GPB and CCB's just cause it takes the value out of finding them. Other then that it's a pretty solid list you got there.
