Executive Producer Joe Neate said we're gonna be getting a Behind the Scenes Video on Cargo Runs this week.
So we'll be finding out more on how thats going to work Soon™ here.

Behind the Scenes Video on Cargo Runs coming this Week
Sorry mate but just because Joe mentioned "cargo runs" in a "developer update" does not make the video a "Behind the scenes video on cargo runs".
In his opening statement he said that they've "decided against releasing a new game update this week". So much for the rest of the thread title "coming this week".
Although not entirely incorrect, there will be a "Behind the scenes video on cargo runs coming this week" but this video isn't it.
What it did reveal is that the Forsaken Shores continues with a "time limited campaign" (3 weeks) even though they were said to be a thing of the past.
