Sea of Thieves failed to setup a game session . . .

Xbox live has been having issues all evening. I was in the middle of going for the skeleton ships in the wilds and I got booted. Wasn't able to join my friends in their party or game. Then Slowly each one of my friends were getting booted off the session before they could finish the wild ships. It's a shame because all weekend I have been running into issues with getting the skeleton ships done. On one run we ran out of time. The second time the server got shutdown when we were in the middle of the fight and on the third our ship got sunk and by the time we came back the ghost ships were gone. 4 different times 4 different issues not able to complete one event.
