Commendation under the same sails Locked

    Hello mateys.

    I would like, if you could, help to understand this...

    Yesterday me and my friend were playing together waiting for the Ancient islands battle to start.
    That was the only battle left for me to complete during this week 2 of CC.

    My friend needed that too but he would need the Alliance under the same sails as well.

    Luckily, another crew came to us asking for help for the same commendation.

    We fought well and won the battle.
    We all got the commendation for battling the crew, but they didn't get the "In alliance under the same region sails"

    We couldn't understand why.

    We were in alliance
    With the Ancient sails
    We won
    And they get nothing.

    Was this only attached to week 1?!

    @nunoazuldimeter No, it's supposed to work this week too.

    Maybe the commendation is delayed because of server lag/thruttle? Have you tried restarting the game? Perhaps sending a ticket to support will help.

    @svampbeard I already have it. I got it during week 1. My friend and the other Crew who helped us didn't.

    That's what I said to them. Maybe some delay... But for all the players?

    We finished an Athena and after that they still didn't get it.

    @nunoazuldimeter oh okay I see. Probably a glitch, if they were to do it again it would hopefully give them the commendation.

    We've completed this twice now and have yet to get the sails in an alliance commendation for ancient isles even though both times were done correctly.

    @krrybarker Just checked my own account. I don't have the ancient isles sail commendation either.. Something is bugged definitely.
