<![CDATA[Boarded Up Stores]]>

Could someone explain to me what I have to do to be able to unlock the stores? (Clothing, General, and Weapon.) The only store I have found open so far is Wonda's for the Cursed Sails quest. All the other stores seem to be boarded shut.

I am playing this through the Xbox Game Pass and wasn't sure if that was part of the problem or not. I have been researching online for a couple days and have found nothing on this so am beginning to think my game is bugged.

No worries. You can still interact and buy from them as usual, but they've reduced the prices a bit. :)

@samurai-svrnce You can also still browse store inventories by interacting with the NPCs outside of their stores during The Cursed Sails event.

Cursed skeletons are currently haunting the sea of thieves. The shopkeepers are covering in fear next to the skeleton totem in every outpost.
