So many have posted that the quest is glitched and stuck, can we get a response from Rare of some sort? Do I wait? Not being able to get the unlockables without the sails can't happen, and multiple people have posted about it. HELP US OUT LET ME KILL THE DAMN SHIPS WITH THE SAILS ALREADY I NEED BONECRUSHER IN MY LIFE. All achievements unlocked, went back and talked to the bird multiple times, it is comepletely stuck.

@xorn-the-defile When you say all achievements unlocked, do you mean that you unlocked all the commendations? 3/3 for shop items, 3/3 for journals and 5/5 for lab items?
@ionei-falcon Yes, all of them. When they are all full, means the quest is busted. Already tried going back to the hidden workshop and the bird to no avail.
