<![CDATA[Why are we not talking about the new loading screens this week?]]>

Am I missing the discussion elsewhere, or are we all just missing this?

Here we have Golden Sands outpost.
Here we find Salty the parrot and Wanda the weaponsmith, but something is different about them.
In the distance, you can see two ships moving toward what I think is Sea Dog's rest; perhaps there are some lore bits hidden here as well?

Next we have this shot of what I believe is Smuggler's Bay?

This last one appears at first to be nothing more than open sea, but if you look in the distance...

There appears to be a rather pointy island, but I can't quite suss out which one...

If there's already a discussion on this, I apologize; I didn't find it.
Otherwise, please share your thoughts and discuss!

There's also one more image that I saw that won't seem to load for me, but it features an island with another smaller island beside it.
Hard to tell from the angle, but might be Snake Island?

Really? Hmm...
So it's only a coincidence concerning the changes to Golden Sands, then.
Well that's lame and boring.
Rare said they sprinkled lore bits in this week.
I am disappoint.
You'd think they'd have done something with the loading screens then.

These were used before any events began. The only difference now is there's no text to go along with them.

Im going to go out on a limb here and say they are just great looking screen shots being used as loading screens with nothing special hidden in them...
