Had a nice fellow come and place an Athena quest on my sloop the other day. Grinded through the whole thing and upon receiving my map for the chest of legends at (Sailors Bounty) the game notified me that the server would shut down in 30 minutes! I sailed from the vicinity of Ancient Spire ALL THE WAY to Sailors Bounty in gale force head winds. I dig up the chest. I point toward Sanctuary... "The server will shut down in 1 minute" Standing on the front of my sloop with Legend Chest in hand. Screen goes dark. Sadness of the deepest sort sets in... All that hard work. ZERO Athena rep... help? Thanks in advance!

@sir-lotus any idea when the servers will be back up on the East coast U.S. today? Just installed the update and servers are still unavailable.

They should be back up and running already... but I have heard a few players having issues with Lavenderbeard errors? If you are too, make sure you submit a support ticket using the link below so the right team can take a look for you.
@chickenwaffle6 I'm gonna guess you're on xbox. Contact support like @Musicmee said, but also you try just restarting your console and downloading the patch again. It helps sometimes.
@musicmee stupid question...these startup issues. Under the drop down is this a Hardware/OS Issue or a Bug Report? I still need to write mine up from day before yesterday.
