The cosmetics from SDCC and the ones from E3 are supposed to be in game soon after the events... The E3 exclusive have not yet been introduced in the game and SDCC ones will have a 60 days exclusivity for those who attend there...

Well if they don't have a patch or updates they don't have it. I'd rather have a smooth launch of Cursed Sailes then a patch this week ^_^
