What we have experienced over the last month is very empty servers, to the point we could sail for hours and hours and not see a single ship .So my suggestion is why can't we have the ability to switch servers to have more interaction with other pirates whether PVE or PvP . I know Rare will switch if you are in a empty server but we have never server merged since the drop of the game and to tell you the truth it's very boring sailing around with no interaction . Our crew are all legends we wish for other legend crews to challenge us , sink us if they can, bit hard to do that on a empty server

Hope this gets a discussion going for the greater good of the game. I can see like others that have sailed with us that no longer do because of the boredom. The fait of our crew is going to end up in Davey Jones locker and that is sad because the game has so much potential

Only takes one time to combat log.

Have a time limit on it , make so you can't switch at will , make it every 2 or 3 hours

That would mean restocking the ship every time , which takes a lot of effort .

Didn't you get the m e m o ?
You can't sail for 1 minute without getting attacked. You can't stop at any outposts because they are all being camped. You can't stop at a single island because you will get attacked.

No need for an additional way to switch servers..Seems like a waste of time.

This past Saturday my friend and I were insanely stocked up on supplies so we wanted to pick some fights...found no one. So we very leisurely did a skull fort for the first time making all kinds of rookie mistakes...still no one. Loved the loot though...

I don't want it to become the standard but on a more recent note having to server hop to try and finish Hungering Deep. If they stick to this effort to bring players together(which is a good thing) but halfheartedly aid us in working together(Speaking trumpet...now I can tell people how to troll me before hand...) then sadly a server change button is necessary. Logging into the game is already time consuming let alone when you are required to do it for content...a simple button to change servers would shave off some of that time.

I imagine in a setting such as yours having to regroup each server change is a pain when they could just as easily put a 'vote to server change' toggle under crew.
