Don't know as you can't reach the bottom after swimming a certain distance down.
Yeah, I actually gave it a shot one time. I was at the very edge of the map, west of Sailor's Bounty, when I dropped anchor and gave it a shot. I couldn't make it. But I am just curious for the sake of it.
