Anyways, Rare says they implemented a fix, and managed to get private crews and hidden underwater nametags working. They're still working on being able to hand over resources.

@xcalypt0x Yeah, that's exactly what I'm going to do. I will just continue to monitor the situation and return when things seem more stable. There are many other games out of coming out so will ficus on those. I kmow this will be fixed, but when and when the hungering deep arrives, will this happen again and again with any new patch or update. Rare isn't exactly creating a good track record with these issues.

@vanquish-vii Go take a break :) I totally understand not wanting to risk losing your loot. I spent most of yesterday playing OSRS and watching Netflix lol.

Come back refreshed and ready to pillage when the servers are stable.

I know this patch sucked and you probably don't care, but Kat is probably the most fair and community involved deckhand on the forums.

Sorry I had to dash Silican valley calls, it's tough being Head of Studio, but hey you know that. We still have a few probs following yesterdays patch, but your good at fielding these issues. The White-board is in video studio 5, nowt on it atm but you can put down a few headers and wing it mate. Remember 'The Teams' behind you, but afraid you will have to sail this sloop alone the Private Crew thing is messed up as well.

Just now a crew mate was pressing X to sell the legends chest when we all got Allmondbearded...

Earlier the same happened on way to outpost after taking skull fort.

@eikman-pdz That simply blows super hard. Spend all that time, load up and on the way to an outpost then this happened. Amazing you can be calm enough to type this. If this was me, outcome wouldn't have been so civil.

Joe Neate arrives at the Rare HQ after two hours kip, the 1.07 patch didn't go well, but Joe the Exec Producer is back to face the shanty. His twitch, which was spasmodic in some of his earlier video debuts is now like the glitch you get as a pirate when ascending the stairs of the Galleon. The anti-depressants prescribed on launch day just don't seem to work anymore, but hey he knows he can rely on his teammates to provide moral support and join him for the apology video. Craig was with him at that good old white-board he'll rally the troops and stand by his shoulder.

Hmmn the reception area seems very quiet, Oh here comes Emma Bridle she will give the lowdown on how things have progressed since my nap. ' Emma Emma where you going?'
' What you say? Kato needs a walk! That's your handbag under your arm not a dog.'

The door to the fire exit closes with a bang Emma has left, but 'Gorgeous' has appeared from below the reception desk saying she was just picking up dropped paper clips. Gorgeous isn't her name but she hides her name lanyard in her cleavage and Joe doesn't want to stare for too long.
'Hey there is Mike Chapman or Jon Mcfarlane about the building?'

' I'm sorry Mr Neate they both left shortly after you went for your deserved rest break. The black tyre marks at the car park barrier exit are the only reminder of them actually being here at all.'

No your are not the only one. I have done a Raid allone. Loading up all the treasures and that stuff. On my way on an outpost and than. All crashes almondbeard. I am so angry about this. This was yesterday. Today the patch is removed, but after one houre of playing almondbears is back. This is no fun. I missed the N 64 days with the old Rare and the old testers without that updating s**t. I paid for a game that is in the beta testing its so worst. If there where any way to get my money back i would. This is no fun.

@boxcar-squidy I really hope so. It's not my style to complain but I feel with this game in particular, losing loot in such a way is like the devs themselves are now the "pirate" lol. Like I said, I will give them a buffer while I play a different game. When I return, I'm really hoping this is all resolved. Also, who asked for the ability to hand people things? It seems like useless feature. If you could hand people things, it should be skulls, chests or an animal crate.

maybe being able to drop things would be a better option much like the crates and such
