So true @KattTruewalker - this game isn't about the grind, it is about the adventure of it all. I think this is an awesome idea (heck, I already like to play without a Voyage and just rely on finding Messages in Bottles to make my quests), and I also like the idea of getting them at the Tavern from the Mysterious Stranger. Brilliant!

U could do alot With this, there could be some high loot stuff that could only be found in this. I have thought about 2 new chest, one that have a super high value but it add a cloud over your ship so others can see it :) the other chest could be one when u take it up u going to be invisible so people cant see u until u drop it again :)

How about secret voyages you find on the islands? Say at the alter on shark bait cove sometimes there's a book that starts a voyage to go to a krakens fall riddle, which on completion summons a boss and he drops a 10x map?
