FPS drops sometimes after a patch 1.04 (PC)

@realstyli True, as i tried to lower the graphics options and i still get the "fps lag". Although I enable the vsync and it looks like i have better play like that.

Even so finding out that more peeps have the same problem just lifted up a weight on my head ;)

No direct mention of a fix for the Vsync in the latest update has me a little bit disappointed. Just a few notes about some improvements to frame rate performance overall. I guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if it helps at all with this issue.

Daytime has no issues but dawn, dusk, and being near torches seems to destroy my frame rate.

At launch I was playing at 60 fps at all times, including dawn and dusk on legendary settings. i5 @ 4.1Ghz, Nvidia 970, 16GB RAM, installed on an SSD.

I hope this sudden FPS cap at 30 gets fixed, it really does screw up my experience when fighting skellies with a torch nearby.
