The community has given Rare excellent feedback since alpha and beta, it's really up to them to act on it and I think most who are currently disappointed are feeling this way because of how far back problems were brought up and how nothing was done for launch.

I'm happy we have more ahead to look forward to but most people burned through everything even casually within the first few weeks.

They have an incredible amount of amazingly done arguments and ideas here and on places like reddit/resetera that have been discussed for months now and if even a few were implemented we'd have had a much better critical response and happier playerbase.

In the end the move is totally up to Rare now, we've done all we can to help them succeed and if they use that input and use it sooner rather than later things could massively improve. If they don't and the updates are mediocre or starved it's totally on them.

@rayfromjersey I'd like them to hint at playing this game in VR. :)

well mostly i wish there were just more actuall facts on what will be added other than teasing stuff.. Like specific items that will be added or specific quests.

We now only have stuff to speculate again.

I am seriously afraid we will get another kraken that we ignore after meeting it the first time

Not saying it is a great Game, but you basicly gave us almost no new information.

You really think they implemented the stuff after launch? You really think any developer on earth would drop any preparation for content they have up their sleaves to make a quick and dirty changes / additions of what players want? That takes time.

I could imagine they’re like silver bullets, the only cannonballs that can hurt the AI.

I really like the idea of having these skeleton thrones all around and making (maybe) individual emote/poses for them :D

But to be honest at first I did not understand cursed cannon balls but instead cursed "cannibals" :D I thought they leaked one of the AI threats but oh well, cannon balls are good as well :D

@cheatingpirate I think it'll have unique features, but the real 6 man warship should have been the Galleon - which in my opinion would have been better saved and earned through progression.

I am crossing my fingers the new ship is a 6 man warship that is sluggish, and i hope there will be a volcanic island.

Just watched the video. I think this is awesome! SoT has a lot of potential and I think the devs are going to deliver.

During the video, the first "new item" was hinted to be something that will help with communicating with other crews.

Awesome. I think Rare announced the content roadmap in a very concise way while keeping the mystery.
It made me really look forward to what they got planning. :D

There is so much to love about their plans!
Looking forward to need deep threats, to the new ship, to different AI threats. Definitely looking forward to them mixing it up with weekly events.

I hope the forsaken shores add another weather mechanic like fog.

And the hungering deep, I hope they add diving equipment like helmets or diving bells that you can unlock!

I think adding rewards for exploring is going to add a lot to make the game more interesting. :)

The skeleton throne thing is going to add quite a few funny moments in crews trying to figure out how to get up somewhere.

All in all, their roadmap has me excited! :D
