I am very happy with my character after spending quite a long time in the character generator. However, I realized that I don't have as many cool tattoos as I would like, and, obviously, deleting your character deletes all your progress.
So, I suggest making tattoos available to purchase from vendors. I know this has been suggested before but most of the posts are dead and I want to reiterate this.
