Do fort Keys bug out if you drop them in the water?  I was at a skull fort soloing it.  I had just finished it and then a sloop showed up and i jumped in the water and swam down deep on the oposite side of the island so he wouldn't see me.  I had dropped the key and swam back up to get some air as i was drowning.  as i went back down to retrieve it i could not pick it back up for some odd reason and it never floated to the top like loot does.</p>

After sinking galeon I was able to take just one chest (rest was buged?). Is there any specific time frame in which we need to take loot from water?</p>

It hovered stationary halfway down to the sea floor and there was no option to pick it up.</p>
