Suggestion: Captives and Jailbreak

  • Taking enemy players captive and bounties for hostile pirates are features we all seem to really want. Another great feature to go along with this would be the chance to break out of the brig.

    I'm not certain how best this could be handled but I think rather than a finite number of chances the player should receive one chance to break out after a specified time interval

    OR

    It could be as simple as requiring an item in your inventory (that you can only have one of at a time) so the captive has to best choose the time to break out and execute it properly as failure results in a re-spawn in the brig (if killed during jailbreak. only would apply to players with bounties on them)

    What are some other thoughts on jailbreaks? what would be a good implementation of them?
