Hackes usually get packet blocking down in a couple days. (why your shots don't deal damage to a hacker) and aimbot software is basically at the point that any script kiddy can set it up for a new game, same with wall hacks(they are usually part of the same system) there's already demos of these hacks all over youtube.
I love this game and Rare, but they aren't veteran fps developers. I don't expect them to be able to much about the hacks. Reporting is difficult.
I suggest always be ready to screen shot when a hacker's name is on your screen, so you can look at it later and report them. (since it's hard to memorize player names in game)
But don't expect rare to be able to do anything about the reports anytime soon, I don't think they have the infrastructure to monitor and validate reports. (hope im wrong!)
