Thanks for the reply, It seems to be hit or miss sometimes it happens and other times it doesn't. However my brother seems to have it almost all the time. I drowned my self a few times but doesn't work.

But its been noted ill take on your advise and swap out the black sword. ill pass this on to some friends also.

@moodeightyeight I had the same bug. Do you have the Black Dog sword, the one you get when you preorder? Don't take it. It's because of this sword. Do this, it worked for me: try to slot a second weapon, then, change your sword for another one than the Black Dog. You'll see the second slot with the second weapon, but to be able to swap, you'll have to kill your character. When you respawn, you'll be able to swap weapons and use two.

I hope I explain it correctly.

P.S.: my friend told me he reads it on the forum... I guess it's this message. I've just found it.

The fix for this is to go into the armory, make sure there is a weapon selected on both 1 and 2 slot then die while you still only have one weapon. When you revive it will work, still an annoying bug though, hope this helps.
