Hello there! Thanks for reading this thread!

My friend pre-ordered the game for PC from the Microsoft store. However, he has had no luck downloading the game! He keeps getting an error saying "This app can't open" and then displays on his library on the store saying "This app encountered a problem. Please install it to repair". He has downloaded it 5 time now and still no luck.

If any one of you have a solution, please feel free to comment below to help me and my friends out.

Have you tried telling your friend that maybe he shouldn't get a pirated, £5 version of windows and not skimp out... maybe then he will be able to.
