How to custom chat

    I know this may be stupid but I looked through all the controls on Xbox and saw nothing about making custom chat messages in game. I know PC can do this, can anyone tell me how?

    In theory there is the Xbox One Chatpad that you clip on to your controller but I don't know if Sea of Thieves supports it.

    @mistergamer77 Do you mean macros?? Where you have a pre-made response or statement and you use a hotkey or button to trigger it??

    Or do you mean the ability to customize the chat window and font?

    I hope that they make this feature available on Xbox, it would be quite helpful.

    Make it possible to type whatever you want on the Xbox 1. It's hard to communicate when you can just say Aye, Ahoy, Look out, and a few more things. Please update the Xbox 1 Sea Of Thieves.

    The keyboard for Xbox controler works perfect! I used that on My old Xbox
