Dear Rare, I am HIGHLY upset at your refusal to allow us to play. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I STRONGLY urge you to let us play. I ( we ) will appeal this decision to UPPER management, if this is NOT rectified. COMPLAINTS will be forthcoming in a EVEN MORE STRONGLY worded letter in the MAIL!!
