@ridder432 same thing happened to me. Pretty sure it's because I made a new account with 0 purchase and used a U.S. billing address and card.
I have sent in a copy of my last statement (but with U.S. fax number) with all the important stuff redacted. Will let you know if it unlocks my account.

I'm not usualy on reddit so please forgive me matey ;)All this did was get my Account locked and they deactivated my prime. I've created a new password but my prime is still deactivated even though I've paid for it... I used a VPN and did everything the people who said it worked for them did, but for some reason amazon has decided to punish me.

Well being the resilient that I am, I didn't let the above deter me and I tried again. This time it worked and I got my codes. I did the exact same as I did last time, using the exact same address so I don't know what Amazon's issue was. My prime is still looking a bit iffy, I've updated my payment details repeatedly and it's still saying there's an issue. I'll just have to wait and see if it works its self out.@gholin I also made a new German Amazon account (I do not own any other Amazon account) and added a random address as billing address. I placed the order and waited for it to be approved. However, just like you, the order got cancelled, locked and they need verification.
How did you unlock and verify yours? The mail I received states I need receipt that includes my name & billing address as well as the last 4 digits of my card number. The problem is, I'm using a Prepaid Master Card on which I can only see a transaction history, but I can't seem to get to a receipt which has the billing address and 4 last digits of the card included.
Also, the billing address would be different from the one I entered when making the German Amazon account, which would probably result in the account not getting unlocked.

I strongly suspect those cosmetics will be in the game eventually, even if they're just a bit re-coloured. I mean, it's not like the Mercenary DLC actually looks nice. Maybe if the trousers weren't blue?

So...hey...a question (PC user):
I got the code, I entered it...yet I couldnt enter it on the PC side of the xbox app, I had to enter it on the Xbox One side.
I did not get a confirmation email from the Xbox app saying I entered the code and received the 3 months access or the ingame items that came with it.
Where in the Xbox app can I check what ingame items I have received?
EDIT: received a 2nd Email way later with the code...I think it should be ok now.

@tre-oni Same did mine, but i had to wait almost 2 days for the support to ask the right people about this which is a long time compared to getting answered within a few hours normally. And i asked it pretty clear, since it said ''currently'' available i asked if they are gonna remove that restriction at some point and this is what i got.

@partywiddadevil Do you have amazon prime or a super active amazon account, because they seem to be locked more then others when doing this. Mine is never used, i even changed the address to the president of Germany for this and it didnt get locked(surprisingly).

This may be why.
My amazon account was so unused that I had to do a password reset (in german lol, with the reset email in german too l**o) and then I googled a random hotel in Germany, and put in the info as residence. Never even changed billing info. In and out, done. The order processed like 40 minutes later and the codes came about 5-10 minutes apart from each other.
@ziiked no I do not have prime I used a new email and did the same as everyone else putting in a hotel address and everything, man I really want this dlc :(
@partywiddadevil Damn, i don't know they but everyone basicly takes the risk when doing this but cant catch everyone i guess :/
