Got there and found nobody else. Just myself.
Underwent a ton of pain, combed through the fort many times, killed like 100+ minions in 2 hours.
NO CAPTAIN.
Am I supposed to do anything special to force the captain out? Like finding more people to kill respawning minions at a considerable rate? Or is this a bug?

Anyway, the matchmaking mechanism could use some rework, too. I do appreciate running into other lone wolves normally, but this is a raid, could you guys at Rare make an exception by sending larger teams this way? In the process I've see 3 or 4 ships approaching, all sloops. Most of them can't even make it to the beach under heavy canon fire. This isn't helping.
Incredibly frustrating experience. The idea of Skeleton Fort raids is awesome, like PUBG with a super nasty twist. You've got to not only outlive everyone else, but also make it back to the ship with your loot. But the current implementation is meh.
