Just did the last thrones the one on Marauders Arch was hell we where 1 Galleon and 3 Sloops but we did it after many tries.
But we got a very good place to Park at Sanctuary Outpost and no we didnt get it out again.
Overall the Event was really fun and we met many people that didnt shot us on sight.
- "Two down and eight to go. Sitting here at night, I wonder just how crazy these Bilge Rats must be to go through the trouble of building all these thrones across the map... either Duke has been drinking too much grog, or they might be up to something." "What other adventures await me?" "Nice doing business with you, Duke. This jacket is suited for hunting down those foul skeletons." "An' I swam straight up to th' meg and punched 'er right in th' eye---like this!

https://twitter.com/DerickMcAfee/status/1009482523104051200What is your secret? Are you really good at PvP and therefore have no fear of encounters?
@harlton-cheston hiya, i don't consider myself good at PvP even tho i do pvp occasionally late at night with a friend.. but what helped me yesterday was more of me looking always around me, and it happened quite a few times that other pirates were going my way.. but i wasnt giving them the chance that they needed to get close enough to me to do any significant damage to me i simply kite them around until they give up simply.
when you are on a sloop and galleon are going your way, the real trick that i figured out was simply going in circle around a big islands, since they seem to struggle more with changing direction and usually they will throw themselves in the water to try to get to your sloop to drop anchor... which is smart but at the same time it makes the galleon slower with the sails..
i dont really fear any ships trying to hunt me down, i dont remember one of them being able to figure out how im sailing they arnt able to cut the angle properly when im trying to go away, they usually give up with time. but maybe im simply lucky also, i didnt needed the reputation with the gold order so that also gives me some kind of stress-free environment.. maybe this can help you or anyone, im sorry this is not my first language..
but for those that simply enjoy PVE and don't want to encounter PVP pirates.. the real trick is always keep a very good distance between you and them, take off the sail where you want to park your ship and remove the anchor after before leaving your ship this way if somehow someone sneak near you, you can still have a good amount of time to just drop the sail and move, my ship is always ready to move when i pve alone, i play mainly alone, so i discovered alot of little "details" that is making me survive i guess,
sorry for my long message,
i wish you a wonderful day

Single-handedly raided Molten Sands around 10-10:30 PM on March 20th (which was either the first or second day it went live). This was the loot pile from that (minus the Fort Skull, had already stowed that aboard my ship).Took me near half an hour to get all the rest of this treasure to my vessel.

Shipwright was quite aghast at seeing my sloop after me and my mate had just come out of a grueling battle with a Skeleton Fleet... all by ourselves! No trace of the paint left! But we won.And then the servers merged and the ship cloud came right back. At that point we both scuttled and signed off after we got paid.

@lifewcoke that's a tucc if ever I've seen one, hope you weren't on an Athena.
Nah, that was actually me on the side of the boat and the other crew looking over at me.

@hg-plainview21 that sloop was wrecked! I have had some seriously torn up ships but I don't think I've ever had one that bad before. Nice work and keeping it afloat.
Tends to happen when you go into a skeleton fleet battle in a sloop all by yourself, with just you and your shipmate.
Also helps to have amassed a wealth of supplies to keep the ship afloat, stay alive whilst being boxed about the hold like a pinball, and sink the skellies one by one.
@closinghare208 You called?
