Xbox X turn off

    I'm playing and then suddenly my xbox shut down, this is happening to someone else? I get lag in the game just before the Xbox turn off.

    Sounds like a problem with your xbox console, i would check the ms troubleshooting guide & faq on their website.

    @logansdadtoo this never happened to me, I play a lot of games and apps, so the alpha and beta of SOT and no problems

    @daneldanel I've not had chance to boot up this beta version yet. Is it running in 4K on the One X?

    @daneldanel Make sure your power cord is plugged in firmly, the cord that came with the X is tight and some people aren't plugging it in firm enough.

    @originalzulkai yeah, tv says is 4K HDR, you say maybe is a problem with resolution?

    @darkesthour138 I disconnected all and plugged firmly again, let's see if not happening again.. Thanks for the advice

    It's probably definitely a problem with the xbox itself. I know mine sometimes turns itself back on after I turn it off (I don't restart it or something) but mine never turns itself off. You should contact microsoft if it becomes a recurring problem
