<![CDATA[Why can't we still upload clips and screenshots to XBL?]]>

Now that the NDA has lifted and we are free to stream the beta etc, why can't we upload clips directly to xbox live to share with friends and clubs?

I'd also like to know why because yesterday I was playing and my game capture device wasn't working. I wanted to take a some footage of a gorgeous sunrise so my friend took some footage through the Xbox but couldn't share.
