    Sadly, no response is going to calm anyone down who's actually irate about a problem during a beta test. It's going to be fun when we can get in, but our fun isn't the point of the beta. I'll be happy if this delay is my only problem, but it won't be, and that's the point.

    @n-a-ii-m-a no beta has ever been perfect, regardless how much its been advertised if people who pre-ordered cant wait till they fix the issue then they just need to suck it up lol or wait till official release.

    Can't be a problem with code , when already so many prefered Streamers play the game together with their prefered fanboys in their Xbox list streaming on Mixer since an hour, some even streamed 38 minutes BEFORE the official launch of the closed beta.

    [mod removed] happens with CBT they said they working on a fix for it all we can do is wait for the fix and enjoy pillaging and plundering when we are able to get in :)

    @musicmee I am having the same problem. I noticed in the installation instruction forum it says that windows 10 players who preordered from the microsoft store should go to redeem code to to get your download for the beta client. I preordered on December 16, I still have the email confirmation from microsoft, I am just realizing now that there is no redeem code to be found anywhere in any email from sea of thieves or microsoft!!!
