Sea of Thieves BETA not Starting?

I saw the message when logging into the website, so the devs know it' s a problem, but adding myself to this list. I am a pre-order as well and can't get in. Debating if I should keep trying or just go back to bed. LOL 4am is p damn early for me, but I wanted to play!

An alert on the websie? Wonder how long to "investigate"?

I just tried uninstaling everything completely and only installing the beta... didnt work. I woke up so early for this, so excited to jump in and play this amazing game annnnd "to early"......... whyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Captian IB which channel are you in on the TS server?

I'd like to say I could just walk away and come back later, but realistically I'll just sit here and keep pushing the start-stuff button. It's only gotta work once.

Well instead of Twitter why don't they announce it on forums?

So I reinstalled the Beta from the Xbox Marketplace, and unfortunately that did not fix the issue.

It seems that the problem is with account permissions to the beta. So unfortunately we'll have to wait for the devs or Microsoft to issue a fix.

I noticed in the installation instruction forum it says that windows 10 players who preordered from the microsoft store should go to redeem code to to get your download for the beta client. If we DO need a redeem code we will probably get it 10 days prior to the release because the microsoft store doesnt allow us to pay upfront sooner.

Technically we can play the BETA and cancel the pre-order afterwards :P
