• I wan't to play on pc
• I wan't to download the game instantly - so I can participate in the closed beta right away
• I wan't to avoid the "too early error" - and therefor I won't preorder from MS Store
• Preorder bonuses are not really important for me. I just want the game now.

Where should I preorder from?

in France, Amazon sell the pc version for 59.99€ but it is specified: this article will be published on March 30, 2018.

Ya german Amazon dosn't give any discount... for now. Why isnt there a "PC" Hard Version available?! :D

I'm getting the Physical copy from Game and I'm working the night so will pick up midnight release and after being in the kitchen for 12 hours will really enjoy starting this game up , Thankyou Rare for making such a fantastic looking Pirate Game your all legends.☠️

@sappyelephante The Prime discount is for physical copies only...and I don't think it shows up until you start to process the order

I was considering going the Best Buy route for the collectible coin, but then I saw the Amazon Prime discount and pre-ordered it there.

I guess money speaks louder than coins. Wait . . . what?

Tesco are also doing some really good price, it's like £38.00 so I dunno how anyone makes money there haha, I pre ordered mine on Xbox, i didn't mind paying that much as i had a game card for xmas so cost me nothing. 😂👍

@sappyelephante yeah I forgot to mention I got the physical copy, it really makes no difference to me since I only play on Xbox. Glad you were able to at least find the reason why you weren't getting a discount.

@assassinsking98 I have prime. But yeah, $64 at checkout. Did you need to apply a promo code or something? Glad you got the discount.
edit: if I click on the link to buy it after I have already logged in I see a discounted price but it is for the disc version only.

double edit: in the promotion details it states
"5.   Offer does not apply to digital content."
So I guess that explains that. lol Too bad, I really want the play anywhere ability. No discount for me.

@sappyelephante it worked for me... Perhaps you don't have a prime membership? All pre-ordered items get a discount for prime members.

@cptnspackjarrow If it's digital you will be able to use Play-Anywhere with no doubt.
If it's material it means it's just for Xbox cause those CDs still don't work with Windows -.-
But at this point that goes for all games. If it has Play-Anywhere it works only on the digital edition, CDs are bound to the system they are sold for.

Also: on the UK website it's listed for Xbox one £39.89 (Does it mean the code you get is just for xbox one? What about play anywhere?)

As much as I like physical copy and goodies (damn my materialism), I went digital for Sea of Thieves so I could get the 'play anywhere' functionality of having both xbox and win 10 versions.

Went Digital and Physical :D Belt and braces... that and one to save as new.
