So merchant commodities...I was at port merrick grabbing some...as one does, and the lady wouldn't give them to me. I had to go to the ferry and come back in order for her to give them to me...so just a FYI if that happens, try going to the ferry and then after a few attempts the commodities should appear..its a bit laggy with them being put out in front of you instead of having to grab them also. I didnt have trouble at Sanctuary. But Port Merrick was a doozy with lag..but Port Merrick is always super laggy..this just adds to it.
