<![CDATA[Unable to receive Ghost Curse]]>

Has anyone else done the requirements in Hourglass needed to receive the curse but the Pirate Lord just won't give you the unique dialog to progress?

It's happening to me and I can't do anything about it, I just became rank 100 about an hour ago and have my Athena's at 85 if I remember correctly. I should be set, right?

Never mind.

It randomly decided to start working. I finally gained access and can proceed with the ceremony
