As a Guild Leader, I love the guild system but feel it currently lacks some essential management tools. Here are three quality-of-life improvements that would make guild management much better:

Guild Leader control over ship removal:
Currently, a Guild Leader cannot directly remove a ship belonging to another member without kicking that member from the guild. Leaders should have the authority to remove any ship from the guild fleet.

Ship type filters:
It can be tedious to scroll through all the ships. Please add filters in the UI to sort ships by type (Sloop, Brigantine, Galleon) when we want to set sail.

Role-based permissions for pledging ships:
We need more control over who can add ships to the guild. It would be amazing to have a permission setting allowing only specific roles (like Guild Owners or Officers) to pledge new ships, instead of letting any Member do it.

Thank you for your time and for constantly improving the game!

Hello Rare Team,

And the person can add it again to the Guild.
Don't expect those people to remain in your guild if they can't level up their ship's milestones and the guild at the same time.

Would be useful.

Again, if someone want to gain milestones for their ship but cannot do it in your guild, they probably leave the guild.

sounds true, but then nobody will wanna add there ship for others to use if the leader decides to remove it just because "Im the leader"

We need more control over who can add ships to the guild.

All pirates in guild should be equal. Allowing them to add ships is beneficial to it. Just asking for more headaches when people wanna be in a role so they can add ships, only for the leader to remove it. :/
