A bit confused by what you mean here. Are you asking for some ghost characters to control your ship and fight against players? If so, ship controls being out of the player’s control at any point in time seems like a liability more than an asset due to how quickly things can go wrong in game. As for attacking other players, many people already experience frustrations with Bonecallers for the same reason.

Career mode? I’m not quite sure what you mean by this as SoT doesn’t have a “career” mode. Your Pirate stays forever and doesn’t “retire” unless you manually delete them (which I wouldn’t suggest). Even the Ferry of the Damned is a canon place that exists within the Sea of Thieves. The Ferryman deems us “worthy” and returns us to life

Also ships curseds that have powers regeneration, submerse is interessing enigmatic moviments on sea

Do you mean regenerating powers as in ship specific abilities on a cooldown, or the ability to have the ship repair itself? Both could be equally overpowered but ship abilities seems more feasible and reasonable than the ability for a boat to repair damage done to itself.

The are wanting npc to control there ship as ghost.
