In my adventures of the devils roar I found a 4th journal written by belle within the sanctuary of the widow, which lead me to a 5th journal by belle atop sudd's lookout on plunder valley. this journal spoke of the glimmer fish, the rank of navigator of ancients who knew how to navigate the shroud.

heading to discovery ridge, I discovered a statue of the glimmer fish. with new knowledge I investigated the rest of the surrounding area, and the bed of the fountains had large cracks in them...
