Agreed, unique semi-hidden quests that are not under the voyages system are always fun.

In a perfect world, maybe doing a special commemorative ritual at shipwreck bay would unlock the Blackwyche ship set?

After spending 6 hours with a random crew on a galleon, all fishing each for a Boot. Even having random Sloop player join us.

Rare NEEDS to make more of these quests/small missions. Much like Glitterbeard, there needs to be hidden secrets to uncover to actually unlock stuff.

Picture it:
Fish Bones: Give to a cat?
Old Skull: Give to Madame Olivia?
Old Hat: Give to Wild Henry? (or any npc)
Each would give you some cool set once unlocked. Who to say if you gave any of these items to a npcs who will accept them and they unlock certain cosmetics?

Making them spawn in taverns would make this much easier!
