The reason I don't want this to be linked to PVP is that they will probably put it as a reward for a level above 200 or create a new commendation, making those who finished lv 1000 have to come back to do the same thing as always in the hourglass.

I want cosmetics between lv 200 and 1000 but not these specific ones

@lleorb If they were going to link this to PvE they should have done it from the start
