I’ve raised a support request, and after A LOT of solutions tried, I though the problem was solved, after a week the problem came back. I am devastated that I can’t play the game properly anymore. (I'm on steam windows11, and the problem never happened to me before when I played) Anybody know possible ways to solve such problem?

I have tried everything I can think of. Still getting one of the two Allmondbeard or Hazelnutbeard errors. We both play via steam on pc, two completely separate households, but seem to get disconnected at the exact same time regardless. We even tried going solo on two seperate servers and were disconnected at the same time. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
