Much like the Midnight Blades Mask added to the beard section of the vanity chest, I think full special masks or headwear covering the face feels like a good idea. Here's a few ideas I got.

Hooded Reaper Masks - Show your devotion to the Servant of the Flame by wearing his masks.

Wanda's Mask - Wear the mask of the Warsmith and look like your up to mischief by hiding your identity.

Gold Hoarder Skull - Placing the skull of the leader of the Gold Hoarders on your head, makes you feel like a real slayer of Skeleton Lords.
