this is in the game already... your looking for problems for no reason here just because.

So from what info we were given. Here is how I see this.

Two sloops alliance find a rookie crew, solo player. Get them to sink there ships two-three times and now this rookie solo player has a random bounty on his head.

It be a label of bullying and toxic. No thank you.

@nitroxien I could just imagine how bad the toxicity would be. There would probably and hopefully be a cap.

@pithyrumble I agree but I think what he means is for being able to track any emmisary down using the reapers bones before you are grade 5 reapers emmisary. I don't know what the balancing would be for that but there should be some involved like how you can't spam-buy recourse crates from the merchants.

@pithyrumble make it scale hard then. Imagine a ship with a 1M gold bounty :)
