<![CDATA[Redeemed Sea Dog pack but it won't show up in game]]>

Hello guys,

I redeemed the Sea Dog pack through Windows Store and it got added. But when I start the game the items are not in game so I guess I need to activate it somehow? But when I open it in Windows Store it says "This app will not work on your device". My Sea of Thieves are installed both through Windows and Steam...

Any idea what can cause this?

Yeah, if you are playing the build that you downloaded from the MS Store then it should be unlocked within 72 hours of your purchase of the DLC.

However, if you purchased from The MS Store and are running the Steam version of the game it will not unlock for you. So you say you have both it's worth checking you are starting the right version of the game.

If none of that helps and it has been 72 hours since your purchase I would try raising a ticket with our Player support team.

Ahoy!

Do I need to do anything special then? I redeemed it through Microsoft Store and I have the game installed too through Microsoft store (I own a copy of the game bought through Windows Store in 2019) but it still says "this app will not work on your device" I checked in game, I do not have any of the items in my inventory...

@ggfl-empire Ahoy matey!

You need to purchase the item in the store in which you play the game. So if you play via the steam version of the game you would need to purchase this pack from the Stem Store.
