<![CDATA[Freezing when Playing the game]]>

Hi,

I am experiencing extremely regular freezing when playing the game since the last update.
The game will freeze for ~10 seconds every .5 - 5 seconds when in game.

Environment

  • GPU - Nvidia 2080ti
  • Proc - Ryzen 3600
  • RAM - 16Gb 3200 c16
  • Motherboard - MSI X370 Carbon Pro
  • OS - Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22000 Build 22000

Troubleshooting performed

  • Issue DOES NOT occur in Insiders on latest build
  • Upgraded GPU drivers from 472.39 to 497.09 but issue persists

If DXDiag and driver list is required please let me know

It was working fine after they turned off achievement notifications. Hopefully they can solve it permanently soon.

That’s a different issue but, no, your information is stored server side. You won’t lose anything if you reinstall.

I'm playing on Xbox, game freezes during loading screens, tried joining game but it freezes after (app) 20 mins in game. If i delete then reinstall, will i lose my progress?

It's a known global issue on the MS Store version at the moment. The support team are aware of it. Please read one of the multitude of other threads on this.

Try playing now... they seem to have fixed the issue.
