<![CDATA[Emissary bug level won’t progress further]]>

Ok so this has happened now to me with multiple emissaries. Turning in loot, reach level 2 or so, then leveling up just stops. I turn in big value treasure vault chests to gold hoarders emissary, mermaid gems, reapers chest to reapers emissary... nothing leveling just stops. Seems to be a bug stopping progress of emissary. Seems to happens around level two right before getting to 3. Seeing this for months now.

Oh wow good to know! Thanks. It appears that levels only go up for turning in merchant stuff as part of Merchant emissary. Prob why I expected it for a while because I was doing lots of merchant quests.

Emissary Levels don't increase when you turn in loot, only when picking up and loading it onto your ship.
