@d3adst1ck Well.. probably those who noticed it, and pointed it out here at the official forum, because they didn't obtained the Ancient Coins rightaway? How many topics are there about it from the "problematic period"? 5-20-50? Would it be so hard to "refund" them? ;))
Nvm. Let's move on. I enjoy the game anyway, but this is just smtg to think about for the developers and game masters. :)

@archmael There is no way for them to tell who did and did not kill an ancient skeleton during this period, because there is no data, which makes handing out rewards to specific players impossible.

Thanks for the answer... tho at least some AC should be given to those, who did notice this servers problem and pointed out at this. We have already put real money into buying this game, some of us had the goal to find the Ancient Skeleton, we have been sailing the virtual seas for weeks, helping newcomers, explaining them how to etc.. and when we finally manage to do the one thing we are after, we got screwed...?
I understand the data are probably unrecoverable, but it is not our problem, and even low compensation for the lowest possible AC chance around 100-200 AC would be fair.
Just saying... :)

@archmael I hate to be the one to break this to you, but the data's gone. You probably won't be getting those ancient coins as Rare has said the data is unrecoverable. Thankfully you didn't put any real money in for those coins so you only lose the virtual currency and not real money.

Hey, it has beed 5 days and still no AC in my or my crewmates accounts.. Since we were looking for the Ancient Skeleton for a while (3 weeks..), we finally killed him and didn't get any reward, i find this hardly fair, can you please check if your systems are already working fine?

This is probably down to the server issues that have been happening over the course of today - your rewards should show up soon enough though!
