How do I unlock the ghost captain sails? In game it is saying to sell captian skulls,but elsewhere it is saying to sink 500 ships. Which is correct? And if it is skulls, how many in total are needed. Thanks

I think you are confusing the 500 ships with the Pirate Legend commendation for skeleton ships.

You need to sell 50 Captain Skulls of the Damned to unlock the sails.
