Please add a Settings options to enable/disable the tutorial pop-ups.

In the previous patch notes, it is said that tutorial popups were introduced to new players, and yet I'm not a new player but I get constant tutorial pop-ups (steering a row boat, using the fishing rod, "your ship had sustained damage, repair it" etc).

In Arena it's specially annoying taking up screen space and distracting.
