Stitcher Jim has gone for this update, and only the masked stranger on the reaper's hideout knows exactly where he is and what he is doing. I'm sure he will make a reappearance soon though. Jim was recently filling in for Duke in the taverns, helping with the bilgerats, but Duke has returned to his normal post. The masked stranger on the reaper's hideout will accept specific treasure for this update, at double the gold, but with no reputation. The commendations available to earn for this event can tell you which items she will accept, but a list of the treasure she will take includes,
Reaper's chests
Reaper's bounties
Chests of legends
Exotic silk crates
Villainous skulls
Captain's chests.She will also take ashen versions of the captain's chests, villainous skulls, and chests of legends.
It's good to note that reaper's chests can no longer be sold to Duke in the taverns. They must go to the masked stranger on the reaper's hideout.

Tomes still go to Duke. Don't forget to sell him the empty chests.
On a side note, I think Jim kidnapped Duke... so screw that shifty little globfish!☠
