@pastmr-steele If your speaking of the four items you need to have equipped when you speak to her to get those commendations, which are the sea dog peg leg, amethyst angel hair dye, legacy beard and stream sailor makeup, then you can buy these at any clothing shop on any outpost. Simply equip them and speak with her. One of the choices when you speak to her says "I have something to show you". Chose that and then each of the four choices after it while wearing the appropriate cosmetic and it will unlock the commendations for you. I wore all the cosmetics at once and individualy went through the selections while speaking to her just to save the time of equipping them one at a time. Hope this helps. Happy sailing!
