Cant complete certain commendations. Annoying oversight.

Moved this thread myself due to pandanticness among the forums, Things like handing in the cargo crates from the update months ago where you had to deliver 10 stolen ones. I have seen one crate from that update since it came out a few months ago. I play everyday. I have everything complete but they left the commendation in the game but how can I steal what no one has.
This will probably be the same with the christmas present update, getting another crew to hand in 60 presents is not time limited but I bet after the update the presents will be SUPER rare near impossible to get some random crew to pay in.

It wouldnt bother me so much if I hadnt nearly 100% the games commendations but never being able to kill the white meg 5 times or finish the time limited commendations because its next to impossible seems like bad game design.
If you want to make these events not time sensitive then you have to actually leave the quests/items in the game in some form or they may as well be time limited because it defeats the purpose.
